Remember This When Buying A New Shoe...
Running can hurt and can be uncomfortable.
Yep… you might get a blister. Heat, moisture, friction, distance,
up hill, downhill, speed, lack of speed and a shoe strapped to your
foot may cause you a blister.
And… as you can imagine your knees might hurt. Running hurts
the knees as well as all of the joints of the lower leg and hip.
Feet… Two times (if not more) of your body weight coming down
on the small bones and tendons of the foot can and will hurt. Yes!
Running can hurt your feet. Shoes may limit that hurt or after running
long distances, shoes may cause pain that no one could have possibly
imagined due to swelling, slipping, different socks, moisture, or
just plain being tired.
We
do everything possible to ensure you get the best fit. In the end,
it is up to you to decide on the correct fit, size, make, model
and brand for you, your knees and your feet. Please ask us all the
questions you need to make an informed decision.
